The Stockton Boulevard Partnership (SBP) is a 501 (c) 6 business association governed by a seventeen (17) member Board of Directors. The governing Board consists of property owners, business owners, community and government leaders.

The Board of Directors meets  quarterly for their Full Board meeting at the Stockton Blvd Resource Center, 5625 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento 95824 on the second Thursday of March, June, September and December at 12:00noon. Board Meetings are open to the public.

The Board of Directors have also appointed an Executive Committee that meets in the months between the Full Board Meetings. The Executive Meetings are held on the second Thursday of January, February, April, May, July, August, October and November at 9:00am at the Stockton Blvd Resource Center, 5625 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento 95824.
