Terrence Johnson is the Executive Director of the Partnership, a twenty year resident of the South Sacramento area, Terrence is a charter member of the Oak Park Business Association, a neighboring commercial corridor association.  He was instrumental in the formation, on-going management and renewal of the Property and Business Improvement District up to his acceptance of the position with The Partnership. Terrence is very active within the South Sacramento community as board member of the Oak Park Neighborhood Association; Community Pride Project; Propel Housing; U.C. Davis/Health Systems Community Advisory Board as well as a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, NFIB, CSAE among others.

Lisa Cordell is the Office Manager and Project Manager for the Partnership, her daily tasks include: working on various projects that are directed for the improvement of Stockton Blvd, attending Board Meetings, as well as meetings that are of importance to the SBP. She handles all daily office functions required to keep the office and projects running smoothly.
